What will your job look like?
The Vehicle Inspection Coordinator (VIC) will conduct virtual inspections using a video calling application from an electronic device to gather vehicle photos, collect documentation and submit all information via an online database. The Vehicle Inspection Coordinator will need to be self-motivated, able to handle stressful situations, deadlines and meet or exceed all assigned key performance indicators. This role is required to work weekends and be flexible in adjusting assigned schedule to align with business needs. The VIC will be required to conduct themselves in a positive and professional manner and maintain an excellent working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
This will be a work from home position. You must reside in Missouri. Schedule varies Monday-Saturday, with shifts primarily in the evening during the weekdays. Flexibility is required to accommodate business needs.
What you'll do:
· Conduct virtual vehicle inspections, via a video conference call with transporta tion providers
· Schedule all transportation provider inspections
· Collect all required documentation and photos during the vehicle inspection
· Complete and submit online inspection forms
· Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
· Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly team metrics
· Monitor and remain current on all vehicle inspections
· Assist with managing the virtual inspection team email box
· Manage and address daily internal and external communications
· Monitor, manage and assist with daily reporting
· Stay current on all vehicle re-inspections
· Efficiently and accurately input data into MTM programs, excel, and other database programs
· Maintain clear and complete records of vehicle inspection
· Be prompt and willing to assist with all short notice inspection and audit requests
· Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
· High school diploma or G.E.D.
· At least 1 years customer service experience
Skills:
· Knowledge and ability to perform and oversee vehicle inspections
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
· Required to keep the company's equipment in good working order and damage free
· Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
· Requires exceptional time management skills
· Organizational skills are essential
· Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
· Must be able to handle stressful situations and stringent deadlines
· Must have the flexibility to work longer hours to complete projects, as needed
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment team environment
· Computer skills required: Outlook, databases, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
· Knowledge of Transportation Management, Salesforce, Formstack and Smartsheets a plus, but not required
· Mobile Device Knowledge: Camera, video calling, screen shot photo capture, photo storage and data uploads

· Credentialing experience preferred
