Key Activities:
Utilizes Lean Six Sigma and other tools or techniques to lead innovation and business process improvement programming with the goal of promoting the Bank's Innovation value.
Assists in development and implementation of an organization-wide Innovation strategy that supports business process improvement, general organization effectiveness, and future-facing skill development to achieve performance excellence.
Meets with stakeholders to:
Facilitate identification, prioritization, selection, and scope of business Innovation initiatives.
Defines Innovation goals, project plans, and coordinate project teams, ensuring that projects and programming are integrated with the Bank's strategic priorities.
Identifies appropriate stakeholders to scope engagement opportunities and goals.
Effectively collaborates with stakeholders to meaningfully contribute to or lead training, engagements, and risk mitigating activities from a Bank Strategy, Risk Managment, Change Management, and Talent Development perspective.
Contributes or leads analysis to understand process or skill maturity; partners with leadership to implement changes or training.
Manages with Strategy and Financial Management the development of organizational and strategic success measures.
Communicates program goals and results to the organization and/or Bank management.
Promotes and develops a change-friendly environment.
Acts as a change champion, implementing communication and training strategies to help team members learn, understand, adjust, and grow within a continuous improvement culture.
Mentors others on Innovation practices, business process tools, and best practices.
Ensures ongoing use of and adherence to Federal Reserve policies and practices including established business process improvement methodologies.
Qualifications:
Typically requires at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree specializing in business, project management, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or other industry certification required
Location: Hybrid 50%; Kansas City, MO
Pay Range: The starting pay range for this position is $106,000 to $151,500 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate's qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
