What You'll Get to Do
The Warehouse Supervisor for our Kent, Washington facility will report to the Operations Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor will manage staff, foster a positive work environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper departmental operation. In addition to managing a team, the Warehouse Manager will also develop and implement short and long-term plans to improve daily operations and contribute to C. R. Laurence's success.

Job responsibilities include:
- Manage receiving, processing, and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and vision.
- Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience, implementing operational policies and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure safe use of warehouse equipment and staff PPE, maintaining health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff, managing performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Accountable for meeting performance goals and ensuring efficient space utilization and inventory accuracy.
- Salary range: 74-89K

What We Are Looking For
To be considered for the Warehouse Manager opportunity, the following conditions must be met:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or warehouse; strong organizational, listening, and time management skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in mathematical calculations, computer skills, and accurate typing.
- Strong multitasking abilities and professionalism, with the ability to read and write measurements in number fractions at a high school education level.
