The Team
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with 7-10 years of expertise in business analysis. The BA will be responsible for gathering and maintaining the integrity of requirements throughout the project/program lifecycle. Key responsibilities include collecting business, report, and data requirements, supporting quality testing, maintaining business relationships, and driving standard business processes.
The Business Analyst will be actively involved in driving various deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle. They will conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document current processes, create business and functional requirements documentation, and manage requirements changes. The ideal candidate should understand business priorities and identify multiple approaches to problem-solving. Additionally, the Business Analyst must possess strong technical acumen and the ability to translate information and research into non-technical language to effectively communicate across teams.
They will also play a crucial role during the testing phase, actively writing test scripts and test plans as well as ensuring that the development aligns with business requirements. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting users during User Acceptance Testing, providing user training, and managing defect triage where applicable.

Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $110,000-130,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
