VP Client Relations (Marketing)
Complete Loan Management: oversees the entire loan process, from initial application through closing, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
Expert Underwriting: conducts thorough and detailed underwriting of loan applications, including risk assessment, financial analysis, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Client Relationship Building: develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and addressing their financial needs and concerns.
Leadership and Team Development: leads and mentors a team of underwriters and relationship managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Policy and Procedure Implementation: develop and implement underwriting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to industry standards.
Compliance: Ensure all loan activities comply with relevant USDA and SBA regulations and company policies.
Client Communication: serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the loan process.
Market and Economic Analysis: stay informed about market trends and economic factors affecting the lending industry, adjusting strategies and policies accordingly.
Problem Resolution: addresse and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the loan process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
Performance Reporting: prepare and present regular reports on loan performance, underwriting activities, and client relationships to senior management.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in underwriting, relationship management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
