Director of Marketing (Marketing)
*This is a hybrid role that requires at least 3 days of onsite work per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) and will be based at our Team United Headquarters in St. Joseph, MI.

General Summary (What is done and why)
The Director of Marketing leads the organization in marketing, branding, and media strategy. The Director is the subject matter expert in the visual and verbal identity of United Federal Credit Union and how that translates into effective creative, copywriting, and delivery on a broad scale and within each unique market. The Director sets the marketing strategies and roadmaps for the organization's product marketing efforts and brand identity. The Director oversees all campaigns including promotions and line of business support. The Director has a deep understanding of the UFCU brand and markets and ensures all messages and creative executions are in-line with corporate identity and standards. The Director leads the Marketing team and manages the Marketing budget.

Work involves standing and walking for brief periods of time, but most work is done from a seated position. There is a potential for eyestrain from reading detailed reports/invoices and the computer screen. Deadlines, workloads and pressure to achieve goals may cause increased stress levels.
Working Conditions (Typical working conditions associated with this type of work and environmental hazards, if any, that may be encountered in performing the duties of this position)
Internal - Work is normally performed in climate-controlled office environment, where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of normal office equipment (computers, telephone, etc.). No known environmental hazards are encountered in normal performance of duties. Length of day is unpredictable; long hours may be required to accommodate deadlines or special meetings.
External - Some travel to branches may be required; however, information on environmental conditions is not available.
