Who We Are:
Coke Florida is looking for a Logistics Manager based out of our St. Pete location. Working Monday- Friday from 7:00 AM-5:00 PM with occasional nights and weekends.
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading and strategic planning for the logistics of the warehouse and distribution teams in collaboration with the sales teams. This position will report to the Territory Manager.

What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading and strategic planning for the logistics of the warehouse and distribution teams in collaboration with the sales teams. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and lead local distribution and warehouse planning process Responsible for overseeing staffing levels, training, evaluate and development of team members Participate in employee development at all levels through activities such as talent acquisition, training, performance management, communication and expectation setting Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational and personnel policies and procedures Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the territory to ensure productivity targets are achieved Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels and minimizing product loss (BD&L) Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols Establish distribution goals, manage all delivery and warehouse business indicators and review processes regularly Work with the appropriate teams, such as Dispatch and Planning to ensure route plans and order processes are maintained and improved Ensure communication of daily plans and compliance to CCBF and facility policy on OSHA/safety standards, DOT regulations, and EEOC guidelines Ensure commitment to superior customer service working in concert with the sales and merchandising teams Create, manage and achieve the overall logistics department budget including labor and OPEX budget Work with sales and fleet departments to ensure deliveries are timely, accurate, and efficient Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates For this role, you will need: High school diploma or GED At least 5 years of experience in consumer products, logistics environment and/or direct store delivery At least 3 of years supervising distribution and warehouse staff Prior experience managing budgets/P&L Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulations Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics Management preferred Intermediate skills in standard business office software and database application Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion Record of successfully collaborating with and influencing senior management and peers Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor
