Manufacturing Associate III, Endotoxin (Biotech)

The Manufacturing Associate III is responsible for participating in upstream and/or downstream aseptic manufacturing of LAL products in a ISO 5 environment according to company and departmental SOPs. Performs set-up and operate production equipment in the LAL Filling and Finishing areas. Performs product inspections and final kit packaging of finished goods. Train others to perform cross-functional tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to demonstrate in-depth awareness of the LAL Filling and Finishing processes and machinery
Must demonstrate an understanding of the execution of priorities on the production floor
Must demonstrate an understanding of production timelines, constraints, and workload management
Provide manufacturing support to MSAT, QA, and QC
Participate in Trackwise to complete CAPAs, Deviations and EENs
Train others on the majority of LAL Filling and Finishing processes
Train others the basic use of Trackwise (CAPA, Deviations and EEN)
Able to be Subject matter Expert (SME) on 3-4 Department Specific Tasks
Perform other duties as assigned

Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high workload environment, and be able to manage multiple projects and objectives for on-time event closure.
Must have the ability to comprehend process flow and identify factors which influence the process.
Must be able to read and follow defined SOPs and policies, work independently and as part of a team on various manufacturing tasks, identify and communicate non-routine events, and review more complex decisions with management.
Must be proactive, action oriented, and have the ability to adapt to a change.
Must be able to identify and flag risks in a timely manner to keep deliverables on track. Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written.
Must be able to support other members of the team through mentoring and training.
Must be able to use automated process equipment and tools.

The full-time base annual salary for this onsite position is expected to range between $55,000.00 and $89,000.00. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
