Athletic Trainer, Soccer (Project Management)
The Soccer Athletic Trainer, under the medical-legal supervision of the head team physician and the head athletic trainer is responsible for the prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation of injuries for all athletes within the University's comprehensive athletic medicine program, with primary responsibility to Women's Soccer. This role includes the authority to make unchallengeable decisions regarding the management and return-to-play status of any ill or injured athlete, as deemed appropriate. Additionally, the Athletic Trainer has the unchallengeable authority to cancel or modify workouts when necessary for health and safety reasons.
