Carolina Caring is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Specialist to join our Serious Illness team. This role involves managing patient medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The specialist will support the Serious Illness department by maintaining electronic health records, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring timely documentation to enhance patient care.
Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00.
