What you'll do:

Your primary responsibility as a member of the Quality Assurance team is to monitor interactions between contact coordinators and clients, to ensure that these interactions are courteous, compliant, and meet quality standards.  Beyond just auditing interactions, routine meetings with contact coordinators allow you to coach employees in areas where improvement is needed, acknowledge areas of strength, and create a plan for professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Veterans First and Squeeze Contact Center calls and check CRM operations for quality and compliance.

• Create Individual Development Plans and conduct routine meetings with your assigned contact coordinators

• Evaluate employee performance and set goals to promote professional growth

• Coach employees in areas where improvement is needed; highlight areas of strength

• Inform management of employee's career goals and recommend standouts when promotion opportunities arise

• Notify Contact Center supervisors of any concerns regarding a Veterans First and Squeeze contact coordinator's work quality.

• Fill in as a team lead when needed by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six months' work experience in the Contacting department at Veterans First Mortgage

• This position is full-time (40 hours) only; evening schedule. In office once a week with the flexibility to come into the office more when requested.

• Receive positive feedback from supervisors and be in good standing regarding performance/attendance metrics

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $36, 000-$42,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
