Cleaning Crew/Facilities Staff (Maintenance)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishingInspect rooms and clean as necessary to local standardsMaintain cleaning equipmentNotify superiors of any physical damage or maintenance deficienciesEnsure guest concerns regarding cleanliness are resolved with professionalism and patience and/or direct the guest to the appropriate management representativeMaintain adequate supply of consumable cleaning supplies and reorder as necessaryAdhere strictly to OSHA rules and regulations and local policies regarding occupational health practicesClean and sanitize locker rooms and restrooms as required (e.g. toilets, showers, countertops, sinks, etc)Ensure locker rooms and restrooms are stocked with required suppliesClean mirrors and other glass surfaces including doors and windowsEmpty trash receptacles and dispose of according to local policiesReport required repair or replacement of cleaning equipmentEmpty trash receptacles out on the groundsPick up trash on the groundsHelp set up for event weekendsMake minor repairs as needed
