Role Responsibilities
The maintenance supervisor directs the maintenance workforce and provides onsite expertise. His or her main responsibility is to ensure the safe execution of all the work scheduled on a weekly basis as well as maintain the quality of workmanship and professionalism of their team. This includes m anaging personnel to include hiring, discipline, time and attendance, performance reviews and development plans.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in relevant filed and at least four years proven experience in a maintenance supervisory, lead or similar role or;
• Associates degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years proven experience in a maintenance supervisory, lead or similar role or;
• High School diploma with a trade school certificate in a relevant field and at least 8 years proven experience in a maintenance supervisory, lead or similar role.

• Ability to identify when plans are at risk and act or escalate accordingly in order to contain or correct issues.
• Must possess effective budgeting and performance management skills.
• Advanced Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.
• Computer literate in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Computerized Maintenance Management Software.
