Associate Director, Healthcare Technology Development Location: Tonawanda, NY Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Associate Director, Healthcare Technology Development to join our team! The Healthcare Technology Development (HTD) Director, positioned within the Clinical Team, is focused on driving the pipeline of NOxCARE/Noxivent device/consumables product portfolio through two channels - continuous improvement of currently approved devices and the development of new medical devices. The HTD director will be responsible for a full range of development processes, planning and project management. The HTD director will work closely with R&D, Legal/Regulatory, Quality, IT, Operations, Clinical Education and Marketing to document/test ideas for new products, offerings, and services for the Clinical Team. The position requires consistent alignment and leadership with other departments; bringing together other business units within Linde and leading these teams through a timely development process that meets both regulatory and commercial expectations. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to act with a strong sense of urgency. This person gets things done - nothing "fizzles out" under their watch. Successful candidates should understand the medical device testing/development process and have experience leading multidisciplinary teams through this process.
