Starting negotiable rate for the position is $100,000.00 annually

Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to best practices in patient care.Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards.Oversee the creation and management of individualized care plans for residents.Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and other healthcare standards.Conduct regular assessments of patient health status and adjust care plans as necessary.Foster a collaborative environment among clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes.Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional development.
