Technical Experience Representative (Information Technology)
Schurz Broadband Group has an immediate, full-time opening for a Technical Support Representative. The selected candidate will provide phone support for customers. The primary role is to respond to calls, analyze and troubleshoot the problems, create and resolve trouble tickets, escalate issues to specific departments.

Rate: $16.00-$18.00/hour plus overtime if applicable
