Department: Financial Aid

Salary: Commensurate with Experience/Education

Description:

• Greets and assists visitors at the front counter
• Performs data entry
• Performs clerical support duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and faxing
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must be able to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
• Must be customer service oriented and have customer service experience
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must have reliable attendance

Qualifications:

• Must be meeting Financial Aid's Satisfactory Academic Requirements
• Must have received work-study from the Office of Financial Aid
• Must be enrolled at least half-time
