RN Manager (Healthcare)

Louisville East Post Acute is looking for a Unit Manager to assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility. To communicate regularly with Residents and their family about Plans of Care, PT, OT and other treatment protocols. Facilitate communications with the team, answer Residents' questions about their care, treatment plans, illness progression and all other issues so they feel safe and secure in our care. Monitor and adjust Resident's statuses based on changing needs and conditions.
