Customer Data Administrator II (Finance)
Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking a Customer Data Administrator II who works directly with the Sales Operations departments within Arthrex to create and maintain key Master Data records within Arthrex's ERP and Salesforce.com platforms as per policy, work instructions, and business rules. The role will heavily liaise with the Operations department, Sales Organization, Sales Agencies, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role with a hybrid work form home schedule. It requires flexible work hours and some travel may be required to the Naples Headquarters.
Main Objective:
Create and maintain key Master Data records within Arthrex's ERP and Salesforce.com platforms as per policy, work instructions, and business rules. The role will heavily liaise with the Operations department, Sales Organization, Sales Agencies, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE:
Emerging expertise in data stewardship and ERP & CRM systems. Broad knowledge of company practices and industry standards. Intermediate knowledge of cross-system processes and impacts.
PROBLEM SOLVING:
Regularly solves routine problems. Identifies and escalates emerging trends of issues. Able to incorporate solutions learned from previous solutions. Identifies process improvement opportunities.
IMPACT:
Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify. Assists with projects.
LIASION:
Frequent internal company and external contacts, including counterparts from (internal) suppliers and customer. May represent team on specific projects. Limited contact resources external to company.
