Who we're looking for:
MHA is seeking an accomplished analytics leader to build and scale our enterprise analytics and insights capabilities. The Director, Analytics & Insights Enablement will report directly to the VP of Strategic Analytics and will lead the continuous improvement of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for creating value through the development and enhancement of our analytics platforms, BI tools, and processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader passionate about healthcare analytics who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will act as the critical bridge between data and business strategy, delivering a suite of analytics and BI solutions that are insightful, actionable, and drive tangible outcomes across the organization.
