Process Supervisor (Finance)
Work Hours: Primarily days; 40 hours per week.
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is located at the South Plant.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)
As our Process Supervisor, you will:
- Manage relationships within and outside the plant while in pursuit of maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction are important skills for this position.
- Balance competing demands while successfully being a change Agent with the ability to lead teams toward a future state utilizingdata analysis and technology to deliver results.
- Complete annual budgets which include a working knowledge of key economic terms and procedures
- Develop, implement, and drive appropriate business process KPIs and reports to track adherence to plans and coordinate/manage plans to improve the metrics
- Step in for the Manufacturing Supervisor occasionally to provide support
- Partner with Department leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives to deliver results
Qualifications:
- Experience working with data in Excel, Access, and Manufacturing Systems (SAP, Business Objects, Power BI, COMN Job system tool, etc.)
- Proficient use of BO, Prodigy, Power BI, SA,P and other data processing tools
- Having a working knowledge of TWI and industry standards for quality systems and/or CCMI
- Possesses effective interpersonal skills and able to deal with challenges associated with a large, diversified workforce
- Experience with leading teams and projects a plus
