Sales Account Manager (Healthcare)
Territory: Eastern Kansas and Western Missouri; candidate must reside in the territory with preference for Kansas City metro.

As the Sales Account Manager at Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP), you will play a critical role in driving our regional strategy in Eastern Kansas and Western Missouri, delivering on key financial targets, and partnering with customers to deliver best-in-class experiences. You will sell branded towel, tissue, skin care, and manufactured wiper products of Kleenex®, Scott®, Cottonelle®, and WypAll B2B to manufacturing, office buildings, education, high traffic and other end-user markets. This will be a combination of face to face and virtual selling to key end user segments through distribution to achieve sales goals.
In this role, you will:
Strategically utilize internal resources and technology to help solve customer challenges,
Be able to deliver customer communication in both virtual and non-virtual formats
Have sound financial and operational acumen
Proven track record of sales success
Leverage experience to lead with empathy and provide solutions while at the same time focusing on what matters most: adding customer value and achieving overall sales goals, growth and profitability objectives in respective region.
Work in conjunction with our network of distributor partners to identify end user needs and create new sales growth for our billion-dollar brands

3+ years outside or inside sales experience
High school degree or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree preferred
CRM system knowledge – Salesforce Lightning, and pipeline management
Experience in Digital, virtual and/or social selling platforms

Salary Range: $70,000 - $86,000 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role's country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
