DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises employees in the Service department. Supervisor will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interview, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising, performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
SKILLS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school or GED; and/or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $75,000 -$90,000 Annually
Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability.
