Job Summary

The Sr Principal Data&AI Strategist is responsible for leading the development, communication, and delivery of the Data&AI Strategy for Enterprise-level data domains and products. Collaborate with business counterparts to understand key data needs and capabilities for the enterprise. Lead continuous improvement in business processes, solution performance, reliability, compliance and efficiency using data and AI. Strategically develops, communicates, influences business leaders and executes roadmaps that align to business strategy and measurably drives business growth through business KPIs. Continuously update the strategy to reflect changes in technology, market conditions and business priorities.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

•Support the development and articulation of the enterprise Data&AI Strategy in alignment of overall business goals and objectives.

•Continuously update the Data&AI strategy to reflect changes and or dependencies.

•Define and maintain a long-term roadmap for Data&AI initiatives.

•Collaborate with business units to prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility and resource availability.

•Ensure the roadmap is flexible to accommodate new opportunities and challenges.

•Work with business counterparts to understand key business pain points and business Data&AI needs.

•Persuasive leader who communicates effectively and obtains buy-in across IT, the business, and external partners.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

•15+ years minimum of progressive experience in the design and creation of complex Data solutions.

•Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Modeling, etc.

•Expertise with data strategy development.

•Expertise in full Data Product and Data Domain creation and lifecycle.

•Strategic thinker with expertise to design, communicate, implement, and evolve an enterprise Data strategy.

•Strong project management leadership.

•Ability to develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for Data and AI.

•Ability to translate business requirements into technical and data requirements.

•Ability to develop long term program roadmaps and orchestrate long term transformations.

•Excellent Leadership, communication and executive presentation skills; ability to communicate well to both technical and business audiences.
