Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable individual to assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to jobs or customers.
- Maintain an organized inventory and ensure materials are easily accessible.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Process returns and restock materials as needed.
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Load/unload goods, securing materials for safe transport.
- Report discrepancies or issues with shipments or inventory to management.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
