Reporting to the Store Manager, as Delivery Driver you will be responsible for transporting orders from our retail stores to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring precise and safe delivery of our product, ensuring high quality customer satisfaction and positive representation of the Skymint brand.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Delivery of customer orders from our retail stores to the customer.
Review orders before delivery.
Ensure safe and timely delivery of products.
Ensure delivery logs are accurately filled out and filed.
Excellent guest service skills.
Follow state regulations regarding the transport and delivery of product.
Have a solid understanding of all compliance regulations provided by the CRA.
Maintain controls and procedures to ensure delivery process remains compliant.
Support store team and sales when not needed for deliveries.
Qualifications
Excellent guest service skills
Desire to develop knowledge of our products and services
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
Basic computer and information technology skills
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be 21 years of age and able to pass a background check
