The Land Shuttle Driver is responsible for assisting members and guests with their immediate on-site transportation needs. This may include, but not limited to, giving information on the facility, products and services, assisting with luggage and supplies, and maintaining a clean, well serviced resort vehicle. This role may also be referred to as Member Services Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining effective and friendly working relationships with staff, members, guests and dealing with conflict effectively, courteously, and tactfullyResponding to radio calls and phone messagesProviding excellent customer serviceDealing with conflict effectively, courteously, and tactfullyProvide information on marina products and servicesAvailable to work overtime when requiredOther duties as assigned by Manager
Safety and Environmental Responsibilities
Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related trainingWear proper personal protective equipment as required for the task or work areaReport all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately
Technical and Physical Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior marina experience preferredPrevious customer service experience preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to sit for long periods of timeAbility to lift 10 poundsMust have valid, unexpired driver's license
