Front Desk Receptionist
Job description:
Answer, screen and route all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
Greet visitors entering Lobby and direct them to appropriate parties with proper sign-in.
Assist employees in event scheduling, catering, and other queries.
Receive, sort and distribute mails.
Maintain knowledge of employee movements in and out of departments.
Ensure security and safety awareness of visitor access.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Monitor, maintain and control office equipment inventory relevant to reception area.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the reception area.
Report any security and safety related matters to the management.
Requirements:
Minimum one year or more receptionist experience.
College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents.
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.
Overachieving attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently, and in a team setting.
Highly organized and able to multi-task difficult and complex issues.
Compensation: up to $30/hour USD
