Clinic Manager/ RN Clinic Manager – Pediatric and Adolescent Clinics (Finance)
Work Schedule :
This is a full-time 1.0 FTE position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM working at the Junction Road and 20 South Park clinic locations in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Job title - Clinic Manager / RN Clinic Manager - Pediatric and Adolescent Clinics to:
- Lead day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in our Pediatric and Adolescent Clinics.
- Be a strong communicator and lead through influence
- Direct and evaluate the department's workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance.
- Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses, and revenue estimates.

Education :
If Clinic Manager:
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field
Preferred - Master's degree in health care management, business, or related health field
If RN Clinic Manager:
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
Preferred - Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field
Work Experience :
If Clinic Manager:
Minimum - Two (2) years of health care operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience. An equivalent and relevant combination of Master's level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience.
Preferred -
- Five (5) years of progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience.
- Previous clinic/healthcare management experience.
If RN Clinic Manager:
Minimum - Two (2) years of health care operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience.
Preferred -
- Five (5) years of progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience.
- Previous clinic/healthcare management experience.
Licenses and Certifications :
If Clinic Manager:
Minimum - None
If RN Clinic Manager:
Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations
Preferred - Applicable clinical certification
