Position Overview:

As a senior member of Kroll Agency Services (US) LLC, you will be a key member of the US team focused on ensuring seamless, accurate and efficient management of all new escrow transactions. Your management focus and expertise will be instrumental in driving successful delivery in alignment with Kroll's vision and growth objectives.

You must be able to maximise opportunities, applying best practice and drive best in class service.

Responsibilities :

The candidate will report into the Head of Kroll Agency and Trustee Services in the US and will have full responsibility for the Escrow Client Services function in the US. You will ensure accurate and on-time delivery of all key task items including (but not limited to):

• Negotiating escrow agreements to ensure consistency with Kroll's legal and regulatory requirements alongside that of our clients and advisors.
• Ensuring the timely on-boarding of all new escrow mandates in the US.
• Allocating new deals within the escrow team and ensure, to the extent necessary, that the existing portfolio of deals across the team are done to the business and clients expectations.
• Working closely with the Business Development team to drive new mandates and execute and support client and advisor calling plan.
• Managing performance and related appraisals for the team along with fostering talent across the organization and recruitment of additional team members, as necessary.
• Liaising daily and transparently with internal teams- taking a lead role in the daily all-hands WIP and other team meetings.
• Ensuring all existing and new projects are effectively run and delivered successfully - including the strategic initiatives as directed by the board / Kroll.
• Monitoring the KPIs around key tasks, working with stakeholders to effect improvements in the reporting, and presenting the reports to the senior team.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, intermediaries as appropriate and as a point of escalation where necessary.
• As a senior member of the team, you will provide coaching for the wider US Agency and Trustee team and other Kroll staff.
• Working closely with Client Services and Transaction Management teams across the global Agency and Trustee business to support the escrow business but also identify and support cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the service line, including administrative agent, paying agent and collateral agent mandates.
• Managing the induction of new team members providing coaching and training as when required.
• Maximizing profitability of the portfolio.
• Closing and managing deals in line with business need.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation.
• Guide teams through change processes, fostering a positive and adaptive culture across the organization.
• Manage risks, timelines and deliverables across the business.
• Engage with current and prospective clients along with the legal community in conjunction with Business Development on a regular basis.
• Confidence and ability to engage industry at various forums and conferences, including ability to speak publicly on topics relevant to the industry.
• Liaise with colleagues across the US and Europe to further develop Kroll's escrow product offering.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Escrow Product Specialist at bank agent or similar independent agency and trustee provider.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• Strong product knowledge of the escrow market.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to operate and manage a team under a pressurized and fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
