Job Title: Director of Asset Protection
Salary Range: $ 120,000 - 140,000
Location: Seattle - Administration
About the Position
The Director of Asset Protection is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Total Retail Loss strategy for Evergreen Goodwill. This role leads all loss prevention, safety, and security initiatives across our retail, outlet warehouses, supply chain/logistics, e-commerce operations and Admin operations. The Director will oversee investigative efforts, security protocol development, risk mitigation programs, and data-driven approaches to reduce shrink, enhance safety, and protect company assets.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Goodwill's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving issues. Works in partnership with the People Relations team as appropriate.
