Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown is Immediately hiring a Part time Cashier / Receptionist!
Thursday and Friday from 4 PM- 8PM and every other Saturday 8am- 5PM.

What You'll Do
Answer the phones promptly.
Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
Close out repair orders in computer.
Prepare and make deposits.
File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments.
Input of additional service requests into ATCON spreadsheet.
What You'll Need
Proven customer service skills of at least 1 year
Pleasant and professional phone manners
Excellent computer skills
Attention to detail and administrative filing
Ability to lift up to 10lbs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
