Senior Consultant, Organization Development (Finance)

We're seeking a Senior Consultant, Organizational Development to design and deliver impactful leadership and employee development programs that empower our teams to excel. In this hands-on role, you'll apply your expertise in adult learning theory and organizational development to drive meaningful results. Collaborating closely with HR partners and operational leaders, you'll play a key role in building a strong, mission-driven culture where every team member can thrive and contribute to our life-saving work.

Requirements
Knowledge/ Education
Bachelor's degree required AND/OR 4 years of experience. Master's degree preferred.
Licenses/ Certifications
Presenter/Facilitator/Coaching professional third-party certification (e.g., ATD CPLP, Achieve Global, Langevin, DDI, Hogan, Korn Ferry, ICF, etc.) required.
Experience
Eight years of professional corporate training experience with a heavy emphasis on leadership/supervisory training in a multi-site environment required.
Extensive experience and well-versed in instructional design methodology required.
Experience and comfort with leadership and group coaching required.
Experience with HR/OD data science, dashboard reporting and analytics required.
