Chauffer and Executive Security Coordinator (Finance)

Role/ Department: Chauffer and Executive Security Coordinator/CRM- Security- Special Services
The successful candidate for our hybrid role of Chauffer and Executive Security Coordinator will join our Executive Security Coordinators (ESC) team and work collaboratively to ensure the safety of our senior leaders both in the office and when travelling locally.
Our Executive Security Coordinators (ESC's) will alternate weekly providing in-office security services for our senior leader's office suite and providing ground transportation for our senior leaders around the Chicagoland area.

While serving as the Office Suite, Executive Security Coordinators, you will:
• Following established security procedures, maintain the security of the Executives' offices
and floor.
• Greet clients/partners and tracks appointments to ensure the Executives' safety.
• Inspect the offices and floor to ensure they are locked at night and opened in the morning.
• Deliver messages to and from Executives as directed.
When serving in the Executive Security Coordinator - Office suite, the usual work hours will be 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
During the alternating week while serving as the Transportation ESC, you will:
• Provide safe transportation to and from destination points as directed by the senior executive or
supervisor.
• Map out most effective route when advised of destination using navigation system or other tools.
• At supervisor's direction, may be tasked to drive other senior executives and preferred bank clients to and from various destinations.
• Remain available during the day to provide on-demand transportation services for executives
• Maintain the readiness of the vehicle, checking vehicle fluid levels, lights, brakes, and tires on a daily basis. Fuel vehicle as needed using company provided card and has vehicle washed as necessary to maintain the exterior in keeping with the Northern Trust brand.
• Check major car parts on a regular basis to prevent and/or identify malfunctions.
• Schedule vehicle for routine maintenance and repairs.
• Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate early morning, late evening and weekend assignments including the frequent scheduling changes of our busy senior leadership team.
When serving in the Executive Security Coordinator - Transportation, the usual work hours will be 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, subject to modification due to scheduled driving assignments.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience driving Executives and/or high-profile clients.
• Knowledge of city and suburban routes usually acquired through driving experience and map reading or utilizing navigation tools necessary to map out routes.
• Knowledge of major car parts is necessary to determine and/or prevent malfunctions.
• Ability to safely drive a motor vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
• Demonstrated safe driving record with no more than 1 moving violation in the preceding 12 months and no at-fault accidents in the preceding 24 months.
• Experience in the Security space with an understanding of security procedures.
• Be able to support the modified hours depending on the week. Must also be able to accommodate early morning, late evenings and/or weekends when needed.
Working Model: In office/Onsite
This is an in office-based position and for the effective performance of this role, the duties and responsibilities must be carried out onsite.
Salary Range:
$48,000 - 72,000 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
