SUMMARY
Maintains responsibility for the collaborative development, strategy, implementation, and oversight of high-quality engaging, informative, and accurate coaching and education of all non-technical Retailer, District, Zone, and Regional Staff. Serves as the "go to" training resource in the region, confidently providing expert-level knowledge of Subaru brand, carlines, and vehicle technologies while managing Foundations Certification, PINNACLE incentive, and other relevant regional initiatives.
