Business Development Representative (Freight) (Administrative)
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.2-5 years of sales experience with a strong understanding of freight and logistics operations.Proven track record with the ability to meet or exceed targets, negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, with a focus on closing deals and expanding business. Goal-oriented and motivated with solid communication and negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving and presentation skillsAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.Comfortable with cold calling and presenting to both small and large groups.
