VP, Total Rewards and HR Systems - Hybrid (Finance)
At Vitalant, our mission to save and improve lives through blood donation starts with empowering the people who make it happen. We're seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards & HR Systems to play a critical leadership role in shaping the employee experience across the organization. This role will drive the strategy, design, and administration of Total Rewards programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you'll oversee the strategy and optimization of our integrated HR/Payroll systems, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, employees, and leaders. As a key member of the senior HR leadership team, you'll collaborate closely with other HR leaders to enhance employee engagement, maintain data integrity, and deliver innovative HR solutions that support Vitalant's lifesaving mission.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work location: Hybrid. Employees living near a major Vitalant location can work in a hybrid environment combining remote work with in-office collaboration.
