Responsibilities / Duties
Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of IT issuesTroubleshoot and resolve common software, hardware, and networking issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff as necessaryInstall, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and hardware devices for usersRespond to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on business operationsMaintain detailed records of support requests, issues, and resolutions using ticketing systemsAssist with setting up new workstations, including system installations, hardware configuration, and software setupsOffer guidance and training to users on best practices for software and hardware usageCollaborate with IT team members to improve and streamline support processes and workflowsEnsure proper documentation and user manuals are available to customers for self-help
