Warehouse Coordinator (Administrative)
Join our team today as a Warehouse Coordinator. You will perform various warehouse duties, including unloading and loading trucks, and 14' enclosed trailers, fulfilling warehouse requests, maintaining yard cleanliness, and overall warehouse organization.
In this role, you'll do both physical and administrative tasks, such as maintaining records of materials in inventory and on order, monitor reorder points and initiating action to replenish stock. You will reconcile discrepancies in inventory and notify supervisors of irregularities.
As the Warehouse Coordinator you will be the primary point of contact for vendors, and field team to manage inventory touches by other team members. The warehouse coordinator's duties will also include preparing the necessary materials needed for projects. This is a nonexempt position and is a key team member between the field staff and office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This job is contingent upon passing a criminal background check, Motor vehicle Report and drug testing.
- Candidate must be at least 23 years old to drive company vehicles.
- Ability to Operate class C Ford F150 / F250 pickup truck.
- Ability to lift/push / pull up to 50lbs

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, some college preferred.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- 2+ years of warehouse operations experience (picking / packing / staging / inventory)
- Experience with electrical, roofing and solar a plus.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended hours when necessary
- Forklift experience a plus
- Trailer towing experience preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks order and investigates problems.
- Records purchases, maintains databases, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Responsible for receiving trucks and unloading tools, equipment, and trash.
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Prepares jobs for the field and loads job trailers.
- Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
- Inspect all orders for damage and missing items
- Pick up will-call parts/material as needed.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting internal staff.
- Maintain secured, clean, and organized storage areas in the warehouse always.
- Responsible for truck cleanliness and maintenance
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
