The Client Services Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day operations of providing support to both Client and Contractors to progress orders to completion.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and execute with minimal instructions.
Be willing to learn new programs and multi-task on different technical platforms- Zendesk knowledge a plus.
Must be available to work at night, holidays and weekends if needed.
Excellent communication, verbal and written.
Possess analytical skills needed to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday.
Comfortable learning and working in a remote environment.
1-2 years customer service.
GED or High School Diploma.
Handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, texts and chat from Clients and Contractors.
Assisting with internal/external contacts to progress orders to completion.
Serving as first level support on escalated issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Act as a core contributor across the operation to assist where needed to ensure client and contractor deliverables are met.
Work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
