Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Administrative)
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for checking in drivers for product pick up and drop up and ensuring all paperwork is completed and documented. The S/R Coordinator will greet each driver receiving or dropping off and assign them to a dock door. In this role you will rate all orders and prepare labels, BOLs packing slips, and tracking as well as maintain both inbound and outbound logs to ensure all orders have been captured. You will also compile reports for customers and clients.
To ensure success as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will need to communicate daily on coordination of products being shipped and coordinate activities which include verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments as well as preparing items for shipments while exhibiting a safe culture. The S/R Coordinator will also perform and assist with additional warehouse functions as needed due to business need.
