SUMMARY: Under general supervision, provides administrative support to a department or group of professionals.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials; prepares charts, graphs or tables as necessary. Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative support function. Experience in customer service is preferred.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word. Experience with accounting software preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
