Dietary Technician - Mid-County YMCA (Healthcare)
Follow general direction and perform other duties as assigned by the Early Childhood Director and/or designee.
Utilize solid judgment and discretionary skills as well as make independent decisions that will affect the YMCA.
Maintain positive relationships with many diverse people, including staff, parents, and program administration.
Ensure YMCA and Health Department policies and guidelines are followed at all times
Maintain an environment that ensures children's safety and well-being.
Prepare, and implement standardize association menus for lunch/snacks per YMCA HEPA and government reimbursement Child and Adult Care Food Program guidelines
Meet the training requirements set forth by the Association and State Training Model
Participate in the Association Dietary Technician Ad Hoc Committee
Compile and order food and dietary supplies per guidelines and budget
Maintain accurate records and reports
Coordinate snacks/meals for special events, meetings etc.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
