Business Process Improvement Manager - RLAB (Finance)

As a Business Process Improvement Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout all functional areas of the organization. You will collaborate closely with the Functional Vice-President or designated leader on improvement projects and initiatives. This role will guide all aspects of process improvement including identification of potential Lean and Six Sigma projects.

Work Location: This position can be located remotely from a work-at-home environment anywhere in the United States
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Dayshift)

- Identify, manage and execute multiple Lean Six Sigma initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce cost and enhance quality.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and other performance enhancement opportunities that reduce defects, minimizes variations and reduces waste.
- Works closely with the functional leader (s) to prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value to the business.
- Establishes primary metrics to effectively monitor process outputs and measure performance success.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Business Administration or a technical field)
required.
Knowledge of performance improvement, statistical tools, and CGMP systems and
applications required.
License/Certifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (by a recognized certifying agency) or completion within 12 months required.
Travel
Travel is required at the discretion of the functional leader.
