Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas, hallways, and resident rooms
- Ensure sanitation and infection control standards are met throughout the facility
- Dispose of trash, maintain restrooms, and replenish supplies as needed
- Assist with light maintenance duties when required
- Respond to special cleaning requests from staff or residents
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain a clean and safe environment
What We're Looking For:
- Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of cleaning and safety protocols
- Willingness to take on various cleaning tasks as needed
