Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to produce quality documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and reassess priorities as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Reception/Front Desk Duties.
- Production, Materials, and HR Support.
- Type and process information and reports.
- Copying, Faxing, and Printing.
- Communication with co-workers.
- Gather information for weekly charts.
- Data Entry.
- Communicate with customers - internal and external.
- Answer phone and make calls.
