WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Order Mastery: Input, modify, and update advertising orders in our ad management system like a pro. Keep things running smoothly and always stay on top of changes!
Fixer-Upper: Handle corrections to orders quickly and efficiently. Whether it's a small tweak or a big change, you've got it covered.
Communication Rockstar: Keep the sales team and design staff in the loop about late orders, and make sure everything's on track.
Billing Whiz: Catch any billing errors before the end of the month, and make sure everything is running without a hitch.
Special Project Hero: Assist the Sales Manager on a variety of cool projects, from production schedules to rate authorizations. You'll be involved in it all!
Report Genius: Generate sales reports and ad schedules like a pro, and keep the sales team informed with crystal-clear updates.
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Research and troubleshoot any issues with accounts, ensuring the customer and property get the best solutions.
Clerical Support Superstar: Handle the general day-to-day functions like filing, answering phones, and creating correspondence. You'll keep things running smoothly with a smile.
Client Liaison: Keep clients in the loop with ad materials, pricing, and billing details. Your exceptional customer service will shine!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Education & Experience: High school diploma required (some college preferred), with 0-2 years of experience in a related field. We're looking for someone eager to grow!
