Overview:
The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative environment and will have demonstrated experience with fostering a vibrant workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing impactful people strategies. As a player-coach, the Director will lead a variety of strategic and tactical HR projects aimed at enriching the overall employee experience, optimizing talent retention, and streamlining HR technologies and workflows. This dynamic role will report to the VP of People and Culture and will provide motivating leadership and support to a team of 1-3 individuals.
