PACS is seeking a talented accounting professional to join our reporting team. You will be a key player in creating and providing valuable information to both internal and external stakeholders across the US.
Job Title: Financial Reporting Staff
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $55k per year
Responsibilities:
- Maintain energy usage data across the company to enable the us to meet public disclosure requirements
- Support our relationship with third-party energy benchmarking vendors
- Assist in preparation of reports and disclosures pertinent to energy usage
- Coordinate with external auditors and other external parties on various supporting schedules
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects on the financial reporting team, particularly for quarterly reporting
Qualifications:
- Corporate office experience
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple parties
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and report to management on status
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree preferrable, not required
