Grill Cook (Food Services)

APEX Restaurant and Market Solutions is the premier corporate dining and vending company. We provide corporations with their restaurant and food service. Work Monday through Friday, daytime hours. NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!
We currently are seeking a Grill Cook. Our kitchen is fast paced so we require employees to be positive, detail and team oriented. Also, everyone must know and follow all sanitation and cleanliness procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Cooks and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipmentPrepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food itemsSafely uses a variety of utensils including knivesOperates equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foodsArranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and proceduresCleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.Adheres to safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
